Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 7–10 working days.

Refunds may be applicable only under certain conditions, at the sole discretion of Universe Heights School, based on internal policies or errors in transaction. Please contact the school administration for more details or assistance.
